Gurney Trails Construction Project
Hey Dads, let’s hit the trails!

We’ve been asked by Tom Killian (senior at CFHS) to help rebuild a section of the
Gurney Trails (the trails in the woods surrounding Gurney Elementary and Gurney
Fields), a project Tom is doing for Eagle Scout. There are two workdays over
the next two weekends coming up,
Day 1 – Saturday June 20, 10:00 - 5
Day 2 – Saturday June 27, 10:00 - 5
To help out...

Please register so we know how many are coming. There are two registrations,
follow links for
Day 1 and
Day2. Indicate what tools you’re bringing and what shift you plan
on doing. |
TOOLS:
|
Please bring your Rakes, Bow Saws (if you have them), and Chain Saws (you have to
operate) |
SHIFTS:
|
1st 10:00-1:30, 2nd 1:30–5:00, all day, or drop-in |
CHECK-IN:

Gurney Elementary Rear Parking Lot – look for the sign in table |
PLEASE sign up and lend us a hand. This is a great summer sweat-equity project.
Shift schedule doesn’t work for you? Drop by when you can, even
if it’s only for couple of hours, you can make a big difference. Look for
the
DROP-IN option in online the registration.
